Team Training - Half Day

Base Training Fee: $2,997
Plus: $100 per participant (includes individual communication assessment + training materials)

Participant fees are billed separately.

This half-day onsite experience is designed to strengthen team communication, increase clarity, and equip your staff with practical tools they can use immediately.

Each training includes:

• Approximately 3 hours of live group instruction

• A 10–15 minute break

• Individual communication assessments for each participant

• Training materials for your team

Trainings are scheduled either before or after your lunch break.

Optional Add-On: Coaching Hour Packages

Additional coaching hours may be purchased in 3, 6, or 12-hour packages and used at your company’s discretion within the agreed timeframe. These sessions allow for deeper application and personalized follow-up.

Important Details

• Training is group-based instruction and is broad by nature due to multiple participants.

• Coaching refers to 1-on-1 or small group sessions (up to 5 people). Other configurations can be discussed and agreed upon.

• Training fees and coaching fees are separate.

• Once an individual assessment is completed, the $100 participant fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
